We make every reasonable effort to display product information, ingredients, and usage instructions accurately on the Site. However, by purchasing and using our laundry detergent or other products, you acknowledge and agree that:
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. We encourage you to review your order carefully, including product selection, quantity, and delivery address, before completing checkout. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sud Sud Laundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the specific product that gave rise to the claim, or, where no payment was made, the sum of ten thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$10,000).
